I am a male, 66 years old, and have been a sportsman of one sort or another all of my life.
 
Starting with athletics, swimming and rugby in my youth at a decent level. In later life business and family took over largely, but I continued to exercise with rugby, light running, swimming and squash with annual skiing.
 
In later years I tended to get my exercise through golf, swimming and walking, less skiing and some simple stretching. All of these activities gave me relief and joy, as an escape from the daily grind and stresses of business.
 
Having reached this time of life, I found that particularly in winter, when golf and swimming were less attractive due to our English weather, I felt in need of a more available, demanding use for my body to feel less lethargic.
 
Fortunately, during a walk with my dog I came across an advertisement for feel great pilates. After only a few sessions, I realised the benefits of them.
 
Milena is a very intelligent, knowledgeable and intuitive teacher of Pilates, who seems to sense what to teach in order to get the most from Pilates for her students, also sensing the right time to stop a particular exercise. She fits the session around your needs and brings you a great sense of well-being in both body and mind.
