Having been recommended to try Pilates for health reasons, such as broken shoulder, smashed arm, damaged lower back and neck - all due to past accidents - I had the good fortune to meet Milena.
 
After talking to her, I decided to take up her offer of a free consultation. I then followed this up with some private sessions, just to learn the basics.
 
Now, 5 weeks later, I am a fully committed member of Milena's group class, which is especially for beginners. I absolutely adore the weekly hour, all to myself, plus the constant learning process. My spine is getting stronger and fitter as we go.
